Albricia coffee grows in the mountains of the Antioquia region of Colombia at an altitude of 1840 to 1900 meters. The farm is located very close to Medellin and has been owned by José's family since 1988. In the 90's Medellín was one of the most dangerous cities in the world and the area of the farm was one of the hotspots. Starting in 2000, the area became more accessible again, but even today the influence of the past can be felt.
The lot on which this coffee grows is described as Funky & Fruity. Our "10 Dias" bears this name because of its rather experimental and very "funky" fermentation. It has been fermented in a special way for 240h, exactly 10 days, which makes it a very fruity natural coffee with a lot going on in the mouth.
